Tapclip: Highlight Camera ("the App") is an iOS app developed by Kenichiro Takano ("the Developer").
The App has no servers and no user accounts. Your videos, audio, and marks never leave your device.
The following never leaves your device and is never sent to the Developer or to any third party:

The App contains no advertising, no analytics SDK, and no artificial-intelligence service. It works fully offline.
Purchases of Tapclip Pro are processed by Apple through the App Store. The App uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status. Through RevenueCat, the following is handled:
The Developer never receives your credit card number or any other payment details. Payment is handled entirely by Apple.
If you have opted in to sharing analytics with Apple in your device settings, Apple may provide the Developer with aggregate crash and performance statistics. This data does not identify you personally.
The App uses the camera and microphone only to record video while you are recording. There is no background recording, and iOS stops the recording whenever the App leaves the screen.
Recordings are stored inside the App on your device until you delete them. Deleting the App removes them. The App never deletes your original footage without your explicit confirmation, and it never deletes anything from your photo library.
When you use the share button, the video is handed to the app you choose through the standard iOS share sheet. What happens to it afterwards is governed by that app's own privacy policy.
The App is not directed to children under 13.
Because the App holds no personal data on any server, there is nothing for the Developer to disclose, correct, or delete on request. To remove everything stored by the App, delete the App from your device.
This policy may be updated. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

本アプリにはサーバーもアカウントもありません。撮影した映像・音声・マークが端末の外へ出ることはありません。
以下は開発者にも第三者にも送信されません。

本アプリには広告も、解析用のSDKも、外部のAIサービスもありません。通信なしで動作します。
Tapclip Pro の購入は Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。購読状態の管理には RevenueCat を利用し、次を扱います。
開発者はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を一切取得しません。決済はすべて Apple が処理します。
端末の設定で Apple への情報共有を許可している場合に限り、Apple から統計的な不具合情報を受け取ることがあります。個人を特定できる情報は含まれません。
カメラとマイクは、あなたが撮影している間の録画にのみ使用します。バックグラウンドでの撮影は行いません（iOS の仕組み上、画面を離れると録画は止まります）。
撮影した素材は、あなたが削除するまで端末内の本アプリの中に保存されます。アプリを削除すると一緒に消えます。元の映像を、あなたの確認なしに削除することはありません。写真アプリの中身を削除することもありません。
共有ボタンを使うと、iOS の標準の共有画面を通じて、あなたが選んだアプリに動画が渡されます。渡したあとの扱いは、その受け取ったアプリのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。
開発者のサーバーには個人情報が一切保存されていないため、開示・訂正・削除の対象となるデータはありません。本アプリが保存しているものをすべて消すには、端末からアプリを削除してください。
本ポリシーは変更されることがあります。変更後はこのページに掲載します。
