Tap Restore Purchases in the app. If it still does not unlock, make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy, then contact us.
On the free plan, recording stops automatically at 10 minutes. You are warned one minute beforehand, and everything recorded up to that point, along with every mark, is kept. Pro removes the limit.
iOS does not allow any app to keep the camera running in the background. This is a system restriction, not a bug in Tapclip. Whatever was recorded before you left is kept, and the app offers to resume when you come back. While recording, Tapclip also keeps your screen from locking, since the lock would end the recording too.
Upgrade to Pro. Exports also finish about 1.9× faster without the watermark.
It stays inside the app so you can re-export at any time. You can save it to your photo library, and you can delete it from within the app when you no longer need it. Tapclip never deletes your footage without asking.
Full-length footage is roughly 40 MB per minute. Open the list of saved recordings in the app to see the total, and delete recordings you no longer need one by one.
Yes. Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device.

アプリ内の「購入を復元」を押してください。それでも変わらない場合は、購入したときと同じ Apple アカウントでサインインしているかご確認のうえ、お問い合わせください。
無料版の撮影は10分までで、達すると自動的に停止します。その1分前に画面でお知らせします。また、そこまでに撮れた映像とマークはすべて残ります。Proにすると時間の制限がなくなります。
iOS では、どのアプリも画面を離れている間にカメラを使い続けることができません。これは iOS の仕組みであって、本アプリの不具合ではありません。離れる前に撮れていた映像は残り、戻ってきたときに撮影を再開できます。なお、画面の自動ロックでも録画は止まってしまうため、撮影中は自動ロックを止めています。
Proにすると消えます。透かしが無いほうが書き出しも約1.9倍速く終わります。
アプリの中に残っているので、いつでも書き出し直せます。写真アプリに保存することもできますし、不要になったらアプリの中から削除できます。あなたに確認せずに元の映像を削除することはありません。
元の映像は1分あたりおよそ40MBです。アプリ内の「保存された撮影」で合計の容量を確認できます。不要なものを1件ずつ削除してください。
購読の管理は Apple が行っています。端末の「設定」→ ご自身の名前 →「サブスクリプション」から解約できます。
返金は App Store のポリシーに従います。Apple サポートへお問い合わせください。
